2baba – Searching ft. Bongos Ikwue

Legendary Nigerian singer and songwriter, 2Baba teams up with music icon, Bongos Ikwue to drop this amazing single titled, “Searching”

After a few months away from the music world, The Legend has returned, and like excellent wine, he has only gotten better with age.

2Baba, who knows how to connect with great music icons (as seen by Dr Victor Olaiya’s Baby Mi Da), collaborated with Bongos Ikwue to produce magic on this new album named “Searching.”

However, Bongos, like many of the greats, began singing as a child. In his genre of music, he brought an unusual style and refinement. His sound is dense, with almost impenetrable lyrics. Many people like him for his soulful, folky tunes, the most well-known of which are Cockcrow At Dawn, Still Searching, Amen, Otachikpokpo, and a slew of others.
