The Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde has penned down a heart-warming message to his wife after she added another year to her age.
The Excellency who was filled with joy couldn’t control his affection and stormed his Instagram handle splashing an enormous applaud to his wife in celebration of her birthday.
