To attract positive things to your life one needs to put out a positive attitude and action. You can’t be thinking negatively and be expecting positive things to take place. Life is just like the law of attraction; you attract what you give out.

Put off those negative thoughts, attitude, habits, actions so on and start putting out something good, you know what you want, then give it out and what you want will surely find it’s way to you. Here are some of the dos and don’ts of attracting positivity.



Practice Gratitude:

  • Be Optimistic about every circumstance.
  • Let go of things that upset you and look at the positive side knowing it will get better.
  • Surround yourself with positive-minded people.
  • Celebrate each success no matter how little and set goals for yourself.
  • Be aware of the energy you emit.



  • Avoid dwelling in your past, it’s good to learn from your past but not to live there.
  • Avoid people who only things about the negative part of things or circumstances.
  • Visualization is the key. Don’t only visualize, feel them, otherwise, they won’t manifest.
  • It’s never going to be easy, try and avoid thinking negatively of what the universe throws at you.
