Barcelona defeats Atlético Madrid in a 4-2 victory to earn their place in the top 4 (Video)

Barcelona football club has earned their place in the top 4 after narrowly defeating Atletico Madrid in a dominative display at Camp Nuo.

The first goal came as a stunner from Jordi Alba who forced in a beautiful assist from Dani Alves in the 10th minute.

Ferreira Carrasco however quenched Barcelona early dream by equaling the scoreline with a classy display that led to a goal in the 8th minute.

Barcelona strived for the second goal which came as a great header from their wonder kid, Gavi. He headed in beauty after the Barcelona new hitman, Adama Traore flanged on a beautiful assist from an open play.

After what seemed to be quiet combat from both teams, Barcelona young defender, Araujo tapped in a classy chance prompted by the woodwork.

It ended in a 3-1 favour for Barcelona in the first half which prompted another classy goal from Dani Alves in the 49th minute.

However, Barcelona struggled for their peak after Dani Alves was sent off following his awful tackle to his rival opponent. This spanked Atletico Madrid peak and they struck another goal which came as a stunner from former Barcelona player, Luis Suarez.

Barcelona defended massively and narrowly earned their top 4 spot in La Liga boosting their hope for Champions League next season.
