The federal government of Nigeria has announced that Buhari’s administration has reached out to the Twitter management in a discussion over the Twitter ban.
The minister of information and culture, Lai Mohammed also confirmed that the meeting was held at the presidential villa, Abuja where they listed their instances to Twitter over the ban.

According to him, he outlined that the social media platform ban will be reversed if it’s registered in Nigeria as a business concern, The Cable reports.
He also added that other platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp should register if they want to access efficiently in Nigeria.
