Gunmen in army outfits recently stormed the Yoruba human rights activist, Sunday Igboho’s apartment, launched an attack on the occupants and abducted his wife.
This was reported by the leader of the umbrella body of Yoruba self-determination groups, Ilana Omo Oodua, Emeritus Professor Banji Akintoye.

According to his claim, he revealed that the bandits are Elements of the Nigerian Army, Accompanied by International Terrorists hired by the Nigerian State attacked Sunday Igboho’s Residence.
He also revealed that the assassins appeared in an army outfit and spoke French fluently.
They killed seven occupants and abducted Igboho’s wife away to an unknown destination.
This attacked happened hours before their rally was about to begin.
