“I have been bonding with her since 2020” Nigerian singer, Rema discuss his relationship with Selena Gomez

Mavin Record Label signee, Rema has disclosed his relationship with the veteran global singer, Selena Gomez.

In his recent interview, he urged his fans to abscond their astonishment over Selena Gomez’s recent collaboration with the claim that they have long built a strong relationship before the current spotlight.

According to his claim, he outlined that he has been in contact with the singer since 2020 but publicised it when he collaborated with her on the song ‘Calm Down’.

However, he vowed that he pushed for the collaboration himself which yielded a positive outcome.

His words:

“Me and Selena we’ve been in communication since 2020, I just kept the relationship going.”

“After #calmdown came out I spoke to her about it, that I don’t mind If she jumps on the remix it will be amazing and she did.
Then our team came into contact”
