Barcelona forward, Lionel Messi has returned to training with the club for the first time since demanding a transfer.
Recall, 33-year-old Lionel Messi had earlier wanted to activate a clause that would allow him to opt-out of his contract but the club insisted that the time had passed for him to activate such clause and as it stands any interested buyer this summer will have to pay his €700m release clause.
However, after a meeting between his father and the club, Lionel Messi decided to reverse his decision and see out his contract with the Spanish giants as he reveals he wouldn’t want to go to court with a club he has spent his life at.
on Monday afternoon, September 7, the Argentine superstar was sighted arriving at the Joan Gamper Ciutat Esportiva after agreeing to see out his contract with the club.
