Hilarious reactions mixed with grieves has spanked among the Nigerian citizens as the Nigerian Federal government budget over 4.5 billion to monitor Whatsapp.

This astonishing news spanked after one of the Nigerian top media firms, Arise TV announced the devastating plans of the federal government over the popular social media platform known as Whatsapp.
