The Nigerian songwriter and singer, Bella Shmurda has taken to Twitter and confronted Nigerians over the dignity they have endowed on English language.
Recall that Bella Shmurda was once blasted by his fans after he made awful English blunder during his post conference at the 14th headies annual award.
Seems like he has bounced back against his critics and denounced the dignity of English language in Nigeria. He recounted how the British ancient fathers convinced the Nigerian fathers to value English more than their dialect.
In his words, he said:
“They taught us how to read and write their own language! Our own language is now Vernacular to us! They made it easier for themselves to fool our fathers! Their language is our official language!!”

Nigerians however never succumbed to his claim and confronted him heavily via his Twitter comment section.
