Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu who is popularly known as Mr Funny A.K.A Sabinus has threatened to file the two big firms in Nigeria Peak Milk and Gala for Plagiarizing his popular trademarks.
Several reports disclosed that the celebrated skit-maker Mr Funny handed Friesland Foods a total of 1 Billion and UAC a whopping 100 million lawsuits.

This was spanked as a result of his two popular trademarks the food-producing dou, Friesland Foods and UAC used to promote their products without his consent.
Friesland foods sampled his popular trademark “Something hooge” while UAC sponsored their product with a Copy-write image of him.
There is no further revelation made so far as Nigerians have flooded his social media handles to utter their sentiments.
