Rema’s hit song ‘Calm Down’ gains UK Gold Certification

Afrobeat Gem and Mavin Record Labels’ signee, Rema has been applauded vastly by Afrobeat enthusiasts after his hit song ‘Calm Down’ was certified Gold in the UK.

This was disclosed by several sources including the CEO of Mavin Record Label, Don Jazzy who in bliss spilled the new dimension.

This in turn means, Rema has gained over 500k sales with his single ‘Calm Down’ in all the major music streaming platforms across the UK curriculum.

The song ‘Calm Down’ is a solo hit track off Rema’s debut album ‘Raves and Roses’ which was released on 25 March 2022. It’s also certified Gold in Netherlands and Belgium.

The ‘Calm Down’ crooner has once more proven that he is the current leader of the Afrobeat new generation after joining the league of Nigerian Afrobeat Giants who have gained Gold certification in the UK.
