Tekashi 6ix9ine’s debut album has reportedly leaked online, A day after it was originally said to be released.

American rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez has been dominating the headlines lately thanks to his rather high-profile legal troubles.

Earlier this month, the rapper was involved in a shooting that occurred on the set for his most recent music video, which starred both Nicki Minaj and Kanye West. For a good ten days, everything seemed calm on the 6ix9ine front rather, until he found himself arrested by United State police on racketeering charges this week.

Even though 6ix9ine and the four others he was arrested with are reportedly members of Bloods street gang ‘Nine Trey Blood’, the rapper’s attorney claimed that he does not have any actual gang affiliation and that any earlier indication he did was just part of his ‘image’.

Regardless, 6ix9ine has since been moved in protective custody – away from other members of the Bloods – in order to secure keep himself in the lead-up to a trial.

During this whole legal saga, 6ix9ine’s debut album – Dummy Boy – was slated to be released on November 23rd. However, just two days before its planned premiere date, it was announced the record had been pushed back.

“Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have postponed the release of Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Dummy Boy until further notice,” was posted on his Instagram account.

As HotNewHipHop reviews, the album – whose cover includes a cartoon image of 6ix9ine urinating and features tracks titles like ‘Kika’ and ‘Stoopid’ – was briefly available on the artist’s website for the cost of $6.99.

At this time, it’s not clear whether this was a case of human error, or actually the work of someone close to him.

Understandably, suspicion has fired up to producer Murda Beatz, who this week shared a deleted Instagram post that showed off the album’s cover, and was captioned with the phrase, “I HAVE THE ALBUM SHOULD I…..”
