Breaking News: IPOB Leader, Nnamdi Kanu freed months after several trials against terrorism charges

The Nigerian high court has discharged and dismissed the case of the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu.

According to several sources, he was acquitted following an application he filed to quash terrorism charges brought against him by the Federal Government.

On Thursday, the freedom fighter’s lead counsel, Ifeanyi Ejiofor disclosed the ruling, via his official Twitter account.

His words state;

“Appeal allowed, MNk discharged and acquitted.”

“Appeal allowed , Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi KANU, discharged and acquitted. We have won! Victory victory victory victory.”

Kanu was brutally detained and arraigned in the Nigerian high court after he was charged with a countless number of alleged terrorism crimes.

He pleaded not guilty and demanded to be freed of all charges which likely yielded a positive outcome.
