“Dem don bleach our money oo” Reactions as CBN unveils new Nigerian currency

The Federal Government of Nigeria has collaborated with the Central Bank Of Nigeria to remodify the Nigerian currency into new shapes.

The highly anticipated currency was officially unveiled on 23rd November 2022  which sparked vast reactions among Nigerians as they poured out their views via all Social media platforms.

After several reviews, the media was able to inspect that there was not much difference between the old and new notes.

As displayed by the new currency, the changes were centred only on the colour of the currencies whereas the 500 note appeared to be light greener and sharp.

200 notes were bleached to become orange in colour while 1000 Naira notes were remodified to become Light Blue.
