UEFA UCL Round 16 Drawn as Lionel Messi and Ronaldo faces each other again

Note: The UEFA Champions League Board have tagged this Draw void and have announced a redone by 15:00 CET after failing to include Manchester United’s ball in the option to face Atletico Madrid during the first draw.

Following a technical problem with the software of an external service provider that instructs the officials as to which teams are eligible to play each other, a material error occurred in the draw for the UEFA Champions League Round of 16.

As a result of this, the draw has been declared void and will be entirely redone at 15:00 CET.

The UEFA Champions League Board and officials have successfully drawn the Champions League round 16 tallies and it’s looking enchanting.

After what seemed to be the thrilling months of entertainment in the UEFA Champions League group stage qualification and battle the surviving teams have been drawn for the round 16 elimination phase.

Liverpool will strive to achieve their UCL dream with Salzburg after their awful run in the 2021 UEFA Champions League.

Manchester City will battle to win the tournament this time against Villarreal after dominating their group.

Atletico Madrid will face the German giants, Bayern Munich after a failed draw with Manchester United.

Inter Milan will compete to survive against Ajax that is currently the most perfect team in the tournament so far.

The Updated UEFA Champions League Draw

After the errors experienced in the first draw, following how Manchester United’s ball was misplaced to other options, the UEFA Champions League official and board have redone the draw.

The updated draw features so many changes but Chelsea maintained their spot with the French giants, Lille.

Manchester United have finally drawn Atletico Madrid after the UEFA officials failed to include their ball as an option to face Atletico Madrid as supposed.

Chelsea will still face Lille in round 16 as they await to defend their UEFA Champions League trophy for the second time.

Sergio Ramos will make an Iconic return to Real Madrid as their rival for the first time in history following the astonishing draw between PSG and Real Madrid.

Benfica will battle head to head with Ajax as they hope to extend their dream to win the Champions League.
