The Nigerian singer and songwriter, Wizkid has been nominated for the 2022 Grammy annual music award in two categories.
The singer Made In Lagos album bagged nominee in the category of Global Music Album. While ‘Essence’ got nominated for Best Global Music Performance.

This emerged as Wizkid’s second Grammy Award nomination having bagged one alongside Beyonce for his contribution on the song “Brown Skin Girl”.
The nomination premiered at 6 pm west African time as scheduled by the board.
