Chelsea advance to the FA Cup next round after Kepa Arrizabalaga’s iconic penalty save

Chelsea football club has advanced to the next FA Cup round after wrenching the underdogs, Plymouth in a beauty victory that seemed to be a battle.

The first goal came from Gillesphey who forced in a beautiful goal from a distasteful set-piece condoned by the Chelsea defenders.

This forced Chelsea players to attack massively which yielded an enormous number of attempts on target. Despite hitting the woodwork three times, Chelsea was able to level the game at the 41st minute after their captain, Cesar Azplicueta forced in a narrow flip goal.

The second half also showed combating display from both sides as they thrived to pass through. They battled for their place and drove the game to 30-minute extra time where Alonso converted a beautiful assist from Kai Havertz to put Chelsea ahead.

Chelsea experienced a twist in the injury time of the 30 minutes added time following how the underdogs were awarded penalty resulting from Sarr awful tackle.

The Spaniard goalkeeper, Kepa Arrizabalaga however came to the rescue and saved the penalty in a grand style.

Chelsea has progressed to the next round as they are set to travel for the club world cup tournament.
