One thing I’ve noticed is the fact that there are plenty of misguided beliefs regarding the financial institutions intentions when talking about home foreclosure. One fantasy in particular would be the fact the bank needs to have your house. Your banker wants your dollars, not the house. They want the money they lent you having interest. Keeping away from the bank will simply draw some sort of foreclosed realization. Thanks for your write-up.
